摘要
在工业生产过程中,在所检测的物理参数中,往往还需要检测低速宽频转盘之类的瞬时速度,由于转盘转速较慢,可变范围很宽(例如5~1200转/min),应用定时计数法无法保证采样间隔正好是n倍转盘的转动周期,测量的精度与实时性差。该文提出并采用了测周法,一片52系列单片机可以监测两路脉宽可变的脉冲信号,并且运用在已经推广使用的现代综合录井仪器上。
In the industrial production process, in the detection of physical parameters, often also need to detect low-speed broadband dial like the instantaneous speed, wheel speed as slow, wide range of variables (such as 4 to 1200 rev / min), applica- t-ion time counting method can not guarantee that the sampling interval is just n times the turntable rotation cycle, and real-time measurement accuracy is poor. In this paper, and using the test-week law, a 52 Series MCU can monitor two pulse width vari- able pulse signal, and has been used in promoting the use of modern integrated logging instrument.
