摘要
本文介绍了电磁泵在波峰焊接机中的应用及焊接机的结构设计.介绍了电磁泵的工作原理及设计方法,文章从一般机械泵作为波峰焊接机的驱动装置改为电磁泵作驱动源,从而减小了设备的体积,减少了设备的机加工量,使设备的噪声减少.
This paper presents the application of electromagnetic pump in wave crest soldering machine,and the physical design of the machine.Also the prin- ciple and the design of the pump are introduced.The volume of the machine, the amount of machining,and the noise during work are reduced simultaneously by using of electromagnetic pump instead of mechanical pump.
