深水钻井隔水管疲劳试验载荷分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对海洋深水钻井隔水管在疲劳试验过程中的加载问题,提出了一种疲劳试验载荷的计算方法。用该方法计算了试样在各种应力幅下进行疲劳试验时的内压数据(轴向载荷),及在偏心块不变状态下加载电机的转速与试样焊缝处交变弯曲应力幅的对应关系(横向载荷)。通过与国外权威机构所进行的深水钻井隔水管疲劳试验数据对比,验证了该计算方法的正确性。此方法可作为深水钻井隔水管疲劳试验外载荷的计算依据。 Aiming at the loading during fatigue test of deep water riser,a calculation method of fa- tigue testing loads is presented. At the basis of this method,the internal testing pressure of riser in different stress range was obtained. Besides, the corresponding relation between test motor speed and alternating bending stress range at welding seam of riser is acquired. Finally, by con〉 parison with the riser fatigue testing data of foreign authorities, the proposed calculation method of fatigue testing loads is proved to be correct and feasible. This method can be used as reference for design basis of the riser fatigue test loads.
