摘要
介绍了一种水力脉冲工具的结构。结合现场工况,采用湍流k-ε数学模型,通过ANSYSFLUENT软件模拟该工具的流场。结果表明,流场中出现了约100Hz的流体脉冲扰动,产生的最低负压达-0.493MPa,证明水力脉冲工具能够产生脉冲扰动、瞬时负压和空化效应。在CFD18-1N-1井的2 600~2 899m砂岩性井段使用该工具,机械钻速提高了58.34%。
Introduces A hydraulic pulse tool structure is introduced. It combines with the field con- ditions,and adopts the turbulent mathematical model of k-ε, and simulates the tool flow by AN- SYS FLUENT software. The results show that the flow field appears in about 100 Hz fluid pulse disturbance and produces the minimum negative pressure up to --0. 493 MPa. It proves hydraulic pulse tool capable of generating pulse disturbance,instantaneous negative pressure and cavitation effect. The hydraulic pulse tool was used in the 2 600-2 899 m sandstone well of CFD18 1N-1 well,power drill rate is increased by 58. 34%.
