摘要
采用水热法,以硫酸铝为铝源,尿素为沉淀剂,加入氧化石墨烯(GOs),制备出具有梯级孔结构的氧化铝空心微球复合材料(γ-Al2O3/GOs)。利用XRD、SEM、TEM、BET等方法对样品的微观结构进行了表征,同时系统地考察了反应温度及反应时间等因素对氧化铝空心微球结构和形貌的影响,并探讨了其形成机理。
Hierarchically organized γ-Al2O3 hollow spheres composite(γ-Al2O3/GOs) were fabricated by hydrother-real treatment method using aluminum sulfate as a precursor and urea and graphene oxide(GOs) as precipitating and modib ying agents, respectively. These microspheres were characterized by XRD, SEM,TEMand BET analysis. During the prepar-ing process, the effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the structure and morphology of the microspheres were investigated systemically.
