摘要
用群子统计理论研究了热敏型高分子合金体系的浊度随相态转变的过程,建立了二元高分子合金体系的线性群子统计模型,推导出该体系的相分离方程,并得到一系列热敏型高分子合金相转变群子统计参数,并进一步在理论上解释了不同剪切速率下相态转移群子参数的变化规律:相态转变群子参数r1.r2随着剪切速率的增大而减小,即相容性得到改善。并提出了8种不同类型高分子合金相图,在群子统计理论的基础上成功地模拟了实际曲线,得到了相当吻合的理论模拟曲线。
It was discussed that process of the turbidity in the thermal polymer alloys material with the linear sub-cluster statistics parameters of the phase separation. The model of linear sub cluster statistical theory of binary polymer al-loys system was established,and the phase separation equation of the system was deduced, and a series of the sub-cluster statistics parameters of the phase separation was obtained. Further it was made that the change rule of the sub-cluster sta-tistics parameters of the phase separation in the different shear rate on the theoretical bases was cleared, the parameters(r1 · r2 ) of the phase seperation were decreased with the increasing of shear rate. Through consulting a number of literature, the phase diagrams of binary polymer alloys were chassified. The experimental curves were successfully simulated by the e-quation.
