多位点氨基改性功能材料的制备及其重金属吸附性能

摘要 利用含氢硅油(PMHS)、硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和二乙烯三胺基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(AEPS)作为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶路线制备了多位点氨基改性凝胶吸附剂,并采用元素分析、傅里叶红外光谱、氮气吸附/脱附等温线和透射电镜等测试手段对其结构性能进行了表征。氮气吸附和透射电镜测试结果证实:合成的多位点氨基改性凝胶吸附剂具备"三维无序"孔道结构,且结构参数随氨基组分引入量增加呈现明显降低趋势,表明氨基功能组分进入网络骨架。金属离子吸附实验表明:多位点氨基改性凝胶吸附剂对Pb2+具有选择吸附特性,且吸附量随骨架体系中氨基组分含量增加呈现提高趋势。 Multi sites of amino-modified silica gels were prepared with polymethylhydrosiloxane(PMHS) ,tetraethy-lorthosilicate(TEOS) and 3-E2-( 2-aminoethyl amino) ethylamino] propyl-trimethoxysilane(AEPS) as co-precursors using an one-step sol-gel synthesis pathway. The gel-like materials were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, N2-adsorption- desorption isotherms and TEM etc.. It shown that the resulting samples possessed three-dimensional wormhole-like pore structures with narrow pore size distribution and structural characteristics was changed with the content of amino groups, indicating amino functional groups were incorporated into the skeleton networks. The adsorption toward metal ions implied that the amino-modified gels showed expected affinity to Pb^2+ ions under simulated conditions and the adsorption amount of Pb^2+ was increased with increasing of amino groups in the composites.
