摘要
以定量滤纸为生物模板制备了具有滤纸形貌的掺杂NaCl的Na2SO4晶体,经过低温下的吸水和结晶过程合成了相变温度可调的水合盐相变材料(掺杂NaCl的Na2SO4.10H2O)。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对产物的形貌、晶型以及热学性质进行了表征。结果表明:产物很好地遗传了模板的形貌;最终合成的掺杂NaCl的Na2SO4.10H2O在一定范围内随着NaCl掺杂量的增加,相变温度逐渐降低,当NaCl掺杂量达到40mol%时,相变温度可降低约5℃,而相变热仍然可高达106.2J/g。该方法可用来制备其他相变温度可调的水合盐相变材料。
Biomorphic NaCl-doped Na2 SO4 was successfully fabricated using filter paper as biotemplate, and trans-formed into hydrous salt as phase change materials (here it's NaCl-doped Na2 SO4 · 10H2O) with adjustable phase transi-tion temperature during the process both drinking and crystallization under low temperature. The samples were character-ized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that products faithfully duplicated the morphologies of the biotemplate (filter paper). Mean-while, the temperature of phase change gradually reduced with the increase of doped NaC1 in a certain range. When the do- ping of NaCl was 40 mol%, the temperature of phase change reduce about 5℃ and the heat of phase change still retained 106.2 J/g. This method can be used to prepare other hydrous salt as phase change materials with adjustable phase transi-tion temperature.
