石墨炉原子吸收法测定酱油中的金属镉 被引量:3

Determination of cadmium in soy sauce by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的建立一种测定酱油中重金属镉的方法。方法将样品进行微波消化,用1%磷酸二氢铵+1%抗坏血酸作基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定样品中镉。结果本方法相对标准偏差为0.01%~3.20%,加标回收率为98.7%~105.5%。结论该方法测定酱油中的镉结果令人满意。 Objective To establish a method for measuring cadmium in soy sauce. Methods 1% phosphate double hydrogen ammonium and 1% ascorbic acid were used as the matrix modifier after digesting the samples, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was chosen to measure cadmium in soy sauce. Results The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was from 0.01% to 3.20% , the recovery rate of the method was from 98.7% to 105.5%. Conclusion The method can be used for determination of cadmium in soy sauce with satisfactory results.
