摘要
静电是由于处在不同带电序列位置的物体之间接触分离,使物体上的正负电荷失去平衡而发生的现象。随着电子设备功能的增加,输入∕输出连接器也随之增多,这为静电放电(ESD)提供了进入电路的路径。因此,有必要采用静电放电保护元件,在静电放电进入电路板之前有效抑制静电放电事件的发生。本文详细分析了静电的产生及其危害,以及对静电产生的控制和对静电放电采取的防护措施。
Static is a kind of phenomenon resulting from the loss of balance between positive charge and negative charge over different objects, because different objects under different electrification positions have contacts and then are separated. With the increase of functions of different electronic equipment, the input/output connectors increase accordingly, which provides path for the ESP to enter different circuits. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the method of static discharge to protect components and discharge static before it enters circuits. The paper elaborates how static comes into being and what kinds of consequences it may result in. The author also finds ways to control static and protect components from static discharge.
