摘要
研制了一种新型的四通道贴片式高速光电耦合器。介绍了该光电耦合器的结构、工作原理、参数设计、特点和参数曲线,并简述了其制作工艺。设计中采用独立腔体分隔技术,将四条光路完全从物理上分离,彻底杜绝多路光信号间相互干扰。该光电耦合器采用SOIC-16金属陶瓷管壳气密性封装,具有工作速度快、功耗低和体积小的特点。
