摘要 通过研制UCC3895控制的大功率移相全桥充电机,分析了该变换器的工作原理,IGBT驱动电路和系统的稳态特性,给出了实现软开关的条件和吸收电路等主要元件参数的设计方法。试验样机的工作证实了本系统能够很好地实现ZVS,具有较好的转换效率和稳定的输出控制。 Through the development of one high-power phase-shifted full-bridge battery charger based on UCC3895. It analyzes the circuit theory of DC/DC converter, the IGBT driver circuit, and the steady state characteristics of the control system, gives the conditions of soft switching and the design method of absorption circuit. The results have indicated that the DC/DC converter which is designed by the article can achieve good soft-switching, improve efficiency, and cause the stable control of output voltage.
