循证护理在急性心肌梗死手术治疗中的护理研究

目的总结循证护理在急性心肌梗死手术治疗中的护理经验。方法对22例急性心肌梗死直接PCI患者进行术前心理护理、术前准备、术后观察及护理、预防术后并发症、正确的出院指导。结果22例术后均顺利完成治疗和护理，康复出院。结论有针对性的做好术前、术后护理工作，是直接PCI手术成功的重要保证。

Objective To summarize nursing experience of evidence -based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with operation. Methods Twenty two patients with acute myocardial infarction patients with PCI were treated with psychological nurs- ing, preoperative preparation, postoperative observation and nursing care of postoperative complications, prevention, correct guidance for dis- charge. Results All patients were successfully completed treatment and nursing, rehabilitation. . Conclusions Targeted preoperative, postoperative nursing work, is an important guarantee for the success of direct PCI operation.
