鲜马齿苋糊外敷预防化疗性静脉炎的临床研究

Clinical study on topical application of mashed fresh purslane for prevention of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy

目的探讨鲜马齿苋糊外敷预防化疗性静脉炎的临床效果。方法将完成5～6个疗程的76例住院化疗患者随机分为两组，每组38例。对照组：常规治疗护理措施；马齿苋外敷组：在此基础上，在开始输入化疗药物时，将鲜马齿苋制成的糊贴敷于穿刺点近心端沿血管走行的皮肤。观察两组患者静脉炎的发生情况。结果经临床观察和彩色多普勒定期探查，发现马齿苋外敷组血管保护效果良好，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对恶性肿瘤患者进行化疗时，采取同步新鲜马齿苋早期湿敷，能有效保护患者化疗静脉血管，延长血管化疗时限，减少血管内膜损伤，预防化疗性静脉炎的发生。

Objective To study the therapy effect of topical application of mashed fresh purslane for preventing occurrence of phle-bitis caused by chemotherapy. Methods A total of 76 patients with 5 or 6 cycles of chemotherapy were selected in this study. These patients were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each. The control groups received routine nursing measures. The patients in the re- search group received topical application of mashed fresh purslane on the skin around puncture point near heart vascular as an auxiliary thera- py. During the follow - up period, the incidences of phlebitis in the two groups were observed. Results The two groups were regularly mo- nitored and examined by color Doppler. The vascular protection effect in research group was remarkable. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions For tumor chemotherapy patients, topical application of mashed fresh purs- lane therapy simultaneously at early stage can effectively protect patients＇vein, prolong vascular chemotherapy time, reduce endometrial vas- cular injury and prevent the patients from phlebitis.
