子宫全切患者疾病不确定感调查及心理护理干预

Investigation on the uncertainty in illness of patients with total hysterectomy and psychological nursing intervention

目的探讨子宫全切患者疾病不确定感及心理护理干预效果。方法选取本院妇产科2006年6月至2012年6月收治的子宫全切患者150例为调查对象，采用问卷的方式对患者进行基本资料及疾病不确定感评分调查，观察其疾病不确定感以及不同年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、宗教信仰对疾病不确定感的影响，对患者采取针对性护理，比较护理前后患者疾病不确定感评分及负面情绪评分差异。结果高龄、文化程度较低、已婚、无宗教信仰患者的疾病不确定评分明显高于同类的其他患者（P〈0．05）；接受针对性的护理干预后，其疾病不确定感及负面情绪评分明显低于护理前（P〈0．05）。结论子宫全切患者普遍存在不同程度的疾病不确定感，高龄、文化程度低、已婚、无宗教信仰患者的疾病不确定感评分尤其高，采取针对性的护理干预措施可明显减轻患者的疾病不确定感及负面情绪。

Objective To analyze the uncertainty in illness of patients with total hysterectomy and psychological nursing intervention. Methods A total of 150 patients with total hysterectomy were selected in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital from 2006 June to 2012 June. The questionnaires were used to investigate them with basic information and the uncertainty in illness. The effects of different ages, education, marital status and religion on the uncertainty in illness were observed. The scores of the uncertainty and negative emotions were compared before and after nursing. Results The score of the uncertainty in illness of aged, low cultural degree, married, no religious beliefs patients was higher than that of other patients （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; After receiving pertinent nursing intervention, the scores of the uncertainty in illness and the negative emotions of the patients were obviously lower than those of before （ P 〈 0. 05 ） receiving nursing care. Conclusions The patients with total hysterectomy generally have different degrees of uncertainty in illness, aged, low educa- tion level, married, no religious beliefs in patients with the disease uncertainty score is particularly high. Taking pertinence nursing interven- tions can significantly reduce the patient＇s disease uncertainty and negative emotions.
