目的优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施对红光治疗肛门瘙痒患者的影响。方法根据有无实施优质护理服务将88例红光治疗肛门瘙痒患者分为两组，即对照组和观察组，比较两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果干预3周，观察组患者焦虑抑郁标准分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度均明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理活动能够明显改善红光治疗肛门瘙痒患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者基础护理质量合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of high - quality nursing service model on patients with anal itching treated with red light. Methods According whether implementing high - quality nursing service or not, from 2010 May to 2012 June in our hospital 88 patients with anal itching were divided into control group and observation group. Two groups were com- pared with anxiety and depression, basic nursing qualification rate and patients satisfaction with nursing service. Results After 3 weeks, the standard score of anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） , in the observation group based nursing qualification rate and patients＇satisfaction with nursing service were significantly higher than those in the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion High - quality care activities can obviously improve the anxiety and depression emotion of patients with anal itching treated with red light , the quality of basic nursing qualification rate and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing service.
