目的探讨医用立体灭菌纸袋作为包装材料用于包装无菌物品灭菌后的有效保存期及成本构成。方法分别将用医用立体纸袋和棉布包装的无菌治疗包存放于供应室无菌物品存放间和病区治疗室，对存储在不同地点的实验包定期抽样进行监测观察及成本分析。结果医用立体纸袋包装无菌有效期在不同的存储地点均可达40d以上，包装成本较棉布类包装每年可直接节约医疗成本266350．03元。结论医用立体纸袋用于无菌物品包装在40d内阻菌效果可靠，并能降低包装成本，减少人力、物力，节省医疗资源，保证无菌物品的使用质量，对控制医院感染的发生起到一定作用。

Conclusions Three - dimensional paper packaging sterile medical validity within 40 d has reliable resistance bacteria effect, and it could reduce packaging costs, manpower, material resources, save medical re- sources , ensure the use of sterile quality, which play a role on hospital infection control.
