经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后上消化道出血患者的观察和护理干预

Observation and nursing intervention on the patients with postoperative upper diges- tive hemorrhage treated by percutaneous coronary artery intervention

总结经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后上消化道出血（UGH）患者的临床观察和护理干预。对我科21例PCI术后上消化道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。本组21例PCI术后上消化道出血患者在给予对症治疗和护理干预后均痊愈出院。护理人员应充分认识到PCI术后UGH的危险性，在术前术后做好护理工作，以避免UGH的发生。

To investigate the clinical observation and nursing intervention on the patients with postoperative upper digestive hemor-rhage treated by percutaneous coronary artery intervention. The clinical data of 21 patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the nursing intervention measures. All the 21 patients were cured after given symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention. The nursing staff should be fully aware of the dangers of UGH after PCI operation, do great preparation before and after operation in order to avoid the occur- rence of UGH.
