丹栀逍遥散对大肠杆菌感染致慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨丹栀逍遥散对大肠杆菌感染致慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型治疗作用及其作用机理。方法:采用大肠杆菌感染致慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型。手术10d后灌胃给药,丹栀逍遥散给药剂量分别为40,20,10g生药·kg-1,正常组和模型组每天灌服等容量的蒸馏水,20d后处死动物,取出两侧子宫称重,计算炎症肿胀度、肿胀率、抑制率,并取子宫进行宫腔狭窄、闭锁或扩张、炎细胞浸润和上皮细胞坏死脱落等病理组织学指标评分;另外取血进行血液流变学相关指标检测。结果:丹栀逍遥散高剂量和低剂量组能明显减轻大肠杆菌致子宫内膜损伤所致大鼠子宫炎症,降低其肿胀度与肿胀率;高剂量组能明显降低大肠杆菌感染所致大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型白细胞含量;高、中剂量组大鼠病变程度较模型组有明显改善,宫腔狭窄、闭锁或扩张、炎细胞浸润和上皮细胞坏死脱落等指标评分均有显著降低。各剂量组能明显降低大肠杆菌感染所致慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠的全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、变形指数、刚性指数、还原黏度(高切、低切)。结论:丹栀逍遥散对大肠杆菌引起子宫内膜损伤所致慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型具有明显抗炎作用和活血化瘀作用。 Objective:To study the therapy effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease rat model induced by E.coli infection by Danzhi Xiaoyao Power(DZXYP) and its mechanism of action.Methods: Using chronic pelvic inflammatory disease rat model induced by E.coli infection.After 10 days surgery for drug lavage, DZXY Pdrug dose respectively 40, 20 and 10 g crude drug·kg-1, normal grou Pand model grou Ptaking the capacity of distilled water every day.After twenty days, putting to death animals, taking out on both sides of the uterus weighing, calculating inflammation swelling degree, swelling rate and inhibition rate, and taking the uterus in uterine cavity stenosis, blocking or expansion, inflammatory cells infiltration and epithelial cell necrosis off and pathological histology index score, taking blood and blood rheology test related indicators.Results: DZXY Phigh dose and low dose grou Pcan obviously reduce the inflammation of rat uterine; reduce the swelling degree and swelling rate.High dose grou Pcan obviously reduce leukocyte contents of the chronic pelvic inflammation model rats.Compared with model group, high and middle dose grou Pof rats lesion degree were obviously improved, uterine narrow, blocking or expansion, inflammatory cells infiltration and epithelial cell necrosis come index score were significantly reduced.Each dose grou Pcan obviously reduce the chronic pelvic inflammation model rats of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, deformation index, rigid index, reducing viscosity.Conclusion: DZXY Phas significant anti-inflammatory effects and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis role in the chronic pelvic inflammation model rats caused by the E.coli infection.
