为提高集装箱起重机作业效率,对车轮精确调整,以解决小车跑偏问题。分析小车跑偏原因。介绍车轮直线度的测量和车轮调整方法。此方法有效解决了起重机小车跑偏的问题,并在国内外多个集装箱码头推广运用,取得了一定的成果。
In order to raise operation effect of container crane, a precise adjustment of wheel is carried out, so as to solve the deviation problem. The deviation reasons of trolley is analyzed. The measuring of direct line degree of wheel and adjust method of crane trolley has been introduced, which solves the deviation problem of crane trolley. This method popularized in many abroad and domestic ports and it has got good results.
