黄山风景区救护培训探讨

黄山风景区红十字会自2005年起就普及了医疗急救知识，主要通过多媒体的形式以半天到一天的常规培训来进行。在黄山风景区红十字会领导下，并得到了黄山市红十字会的配合，景区每年都开展了对非专业医疗救护人员的培训。培训前，有四名医生和一位救护车驾驶员先期参加了由省级和市级红十字会举办的医疗救护师资培训，对基层培训而言，他们都是合格的老师。对非专业救护人员的培训持续两天，一些新的理念诸如急救，心肺复苏，创伤，常见急性疾病，灾难性事故等知识都会被传授，并强调了现场急救的培训。培训由一位老师带领20位学习者以多媒体演示和实际操作的形式展开。在过去的6年，有1600位景区职工（占景区职工的43．84％）得到了医疗急救知识的普及，有961位非专业医疗救护员（占景区职工的26．32％）得到了培训。然而，到目前为止专业的培训和培训人员依然短缺。资金来源渠道不能得到保证。

Since 2005 medical rescue knowledge is popularized by the Red Cross Society of the Huangshan Seenic Area, mainly through the multi-media, for 0.5- 1 day regularly. Led by the Red Cross Society of the Huangshan Scenic Area, and in cooperation with the Municipal Red Cross Society, training of non-professional life-savers has been eondueted annually. In advance, 4 physicians and one ambulance driver were sent to participate in the training of teachers in lasting days organized by the Provincial and Municipal Red Cross Societies. They were all qualified as teachers for the grassroots training in the seenie area. The training of non-professional life-savers lasts 2 days, The new coneepts of reseue, CPR, injuries, common acute diseases, disaster accidents, etc, were taught, and field operation is emphasized. Multi-media, demonstration and practice are used as training methods. One teacher led a group of 20 learners. During the past 6 years, 1600 staff members （43.84%） received the popularization of rescue knowledge, and 961 non-professional life savers, accounting for 26.32% of the staff, were trained. However, so far professional training seetion and training personnel still lack. Funding sources cannot be secured.
