How to Use“ Soft Edge” in Urban Design

城市中的边界地带往往被人忽视。引入作为联结体的“ 柔性边界”的设计方法，结合一次国际设计竞赛的体会，简述其在城市设计中的作用。

The edge of urban area is usually ignored. Form experience of an international design competition, this thesis looks at a design method which takes the“ soft edge” as a combination with urban, not a division, and state briefly the function of“ soft edge” as used in urban design.
