摘要
采用盆栽试验,以"中油821×品93-496选系"为材料,研究了甘蓝型油菜幼苗在干旱胁迫条件下喷施不同体积质量分数多效唑(PP333)对其生理特性的影响.试验结果表明:干旱胁迫下油菜幼苗叶片中叶绿素质量分数降低,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质量分数在一定时间内有所增加,但干旱胁迫下喷施PP333可使叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质量分数显著增加;与干旱胁迫相比,干旱胁迫下喷施PP333能进一步提高超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活力;有效降低丙二醛的质量分数.体积质量分数为100~300mg/L的PP333处理均能提高油菜幼苗的抗旱性.
The rapeseed (Brassica napus) line "Zhongyou 821 × 93-496" was grown in a pot trial under drought stress and foliar sprayed with paclobutrazol (PP333) at different concentrations to study the effect of PP333 on the physiology of the seedlings. The results showed that chlorophyll content of the leaves of the rapeseed seedlings decreased under drought stress, while the contents of soluble sugars and soluble protein increased to a certain extent within a certain period of time. PP333 spray significantly increased chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents under drought stress. Compared with the unsprayed control, PP333 spray further enhanced the activities of SOD, POD and CAT and effectively reduced the content of MDA. A PP333 concentration in the range of 100-300 mg/L improved the drought tolerance of the rapeseed seedlings.
