摘要
在红富士苹果花蕾期、盛花期和落花后三个时期喷施乙烯利和乙烯利配合 NAA,结果表明 ,在盛花期取得明显效果 ,尤以乙烯利 40 0 mg· L- 1和 60 0 mg· L- 1及乙烯利 80 0 mg· L - 1与 NAA10 mg· L - 1配合两组处理效果最好 ,百花序坐果数达到 46-99个 ,单用乙烯利 80 0 mg· L- 1疏除过量 ,百花序做果仅 2 5个 ,配合 NAA10 mg·L- 1可降低乙烯利的疏除效应 ,使得效果更为稳妥。
Ethephon and the mix of ethephon and NAA were sprayed in the stages of alabastrum, full blossom and post flower abscission. Results indicated that the best time to spray was during the full blossom stage, and that the optimal treatments and dosage were ethephon 400 mg/L or 600 mg/L and the combination of ethephon 800 mg/L with NAA 10 mg/L. The fruit set per hundred florets amounted to 46 - 99. However, with ethephon 800 mg/L alone, a negative over thinning was resulted, the fruit set per hundred florets was only 25. And adding NAA by 10 mg/L could always lessen the thinning effect of ethephon, thus the desirable percent of fruit set was secured.
