高职院校实训基地的建设和管理是实践教学的重要环节,是培养学生职业能力和职业素养的重要场所。研究了如何协调学校、企业和政府三方参与,建立功能强大、适应岗位、保证实效的机电类实训基地,同时能够适应校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式,做到学生、学校和企业的三方共赢的效果。

Vocational training base construction and management is the important link of practice teaching ass well as an important place to cultivate the students＇ occupational ability and occupational accomplishment. The study is mainly on how to coordinate school, enterprise and government to build a powerful machine electrical practice base which is adaptable to job and mode of school - enterprise cooperation and work - study to reach the beneficial effectiveness of students, schools and enterprises.
