通过问卷调查,发现实习带教教师和管理制度是二级医院高职护生临床教学质量的主要影响因素。在二级医院中构建"院"中有"校"模式,精选带教教师,重视护生能力培养,加强交流和互动,完善医院教学管理制度,科学考评临床教学质量可以有效提高高职护生临床教学质量。

The survey finds out that in secondary hospitals, internship teachers and management are the main influencing factors on vocational nursing clinical teaching quality. Building the mode of school in secondary hospital, carefully selecting internship teachers, emphasizing on capacity - culturing of nursing students, strengthening exchanges and interaction, improving hospitals＇ teaching management, scientifically evaluating clinical teaching, in secondary hospitals all of these can effectively improve the quality of vocational nursing clinical teaching.
