Pest forecast by television has been carried out 1 year. This kind of pest forecast is of comprehensive information, spreading out quickly, simultaneity of pictures, letter and voice and other merits. It is very urgent to make good use of medium of modern information in pest forecast. The practical result shows that it works effectively in improving the services of plant protection.
