外资对青岛市本土企业技术创新能力影响的分类研究

A Classification Research on the Effect of FDI on Technology Innovation of Local Firms in Qingdao

外资对国有企业和非国有本土企业技术创新能力有重要影响。通过对青岛市2004-2011年制造业数据的考察发现:(1)上游行业的外资通过前向产业关联对非国有本土企业的全要素生产率产生了正的影响,下游行业的外资通过后向关联则产生了负的影响;(2)同行业的外资对国有及非国有本土企业的生产效率变化率均产生了负的影响;(3)上游行业的外资通过前向关联对国有和非国有本土企业的技术变化率均产生了负的影响,下游行业的外资通过后向关联对非国有本土企业的技术变化率产生了负的影响,对国有企业的技术变化率则产生了正的影响。

This paper empirically tests the effect of FDI on the technology innovation of state-owned as well as non-state-owned enterprises in the framework of industrial linkages based on the Malmquist decomposition method. The paper draws such conclusions as follows by analyzing the data of Qingdao manufacture industries 2004 to 2011. Firstly, FDI in the upstream industries has positive effect on TPF of SOEs through forward linkage;meanwhile in the downstream industries it has negative effect through backward linkage. Secondly, FDI in the same industries has negative effect on the productivity change rate both of SOEs and of NSOEs. Thirdly,FDI in the upstream industries has negative effect on the technology change rate both of SOEs and of NSOEs, while in the downstream industries it has negative effect on the technology change rate of NSOEs and has positive effect on the technology change rate of SOEs.
