Local Governmental Cooperation and Mode in Economic Regionalization

经济区域化的发展,改变了地方政府原有的运行环境,由此使得地方政府不得不转换角色,转变行为方式。相互依赖、区域公共物品及其外溢性、区域治理等是推动地方政府合作的重要因素。随着区域经济的增长,必然要求地方政府适时地调整合作模式:从"自上而下"型合作模式转向"自下而上"型合作模式。

Economic regionalization has changed the operating environment of local government which is made to transform its role and working styles. Key factors promoting local governmental cooperation include interdependence, regional public goods and their spillover,and regional governance. Regional economic growth shall inevitably make the local government adjust its cooperating mode： from a ‘top-down’ mode to a ‘bottom up＇ mode.
