摘要
通过实证调研,从利益相关者视角分析高职院校及其利益相关者之间的价值诉求,结果发现:由于社会角色和价值实现追求不同,主要利益相关者对高职院校存在不同的价值诉求,并且对各种价值诉求的重视程度也存在差异;高职院校对主要利益相关者有不同的价值诉求,并且对不同利益诉求的重视程度存在差异;高职院校及主要利益相关者的价值诉求是双向互动的,但对彼此的价值诉求存在明显差异。构建信息对称机制、利益协调机制及利益相关者共同治理模式是确保高职院校及其利益相关者利益诉求得以满足的基本策略。
Analyzing value appeals between higher vocational colleges and its stakeholders through the empirical research, which concluded that, because of the difference of social role and value pursuit, the main stakeholders of higher vocation- al colleges have different value appeals, and their attention degree to various value appeals are also different; higher voca- tional colleges have different value appeals to the main stakeholders and their attention degree to different interest ap- peals are also different; the value appeals between higher vocational colleges and their main stakeholders are interactive, but their value appeals for each other are obviously different. Building information symmetry mechanism, interests harmoni- zation mechanism and common governance model among stakeholders are basic strategies to satisfy the interests appeals of higher vocational colleges and their stakeholders.
