农民创业培训需求调查分析——以湖北省江汉平原为例

Investigation and Analysis on Peasants’Entrepreneurial Training Needs——The Case of Jianghan Plain of Hubei Province

为增加农民创业培训的针对性,提升创业培训效果,采取无记名随机抽样问卷调查方法进行调查,结果显示:农民创业培训对农民成功创业具有重要作用,对广大农民具有较大的吸引力;农民文化素质偏低,对培训内容要求具有多样性。针对农民创业培训的需求特点,应优化创业培训内容,探索创业培训模式,实现创业培训与创业实践的无缝对接。

To enhance the pertinence of peasants＇ entrepreneurial training and improve the effect of entrepreneurial train- ing, the bearer random sampling questionnaire survey method is adopted, and the results of the survey show that entrepre- neurial training plays an important role in peasants＇ successful entrepreneurship and has great appeal to peasants; peasants ＇ quality is lower and their needs for training contents are diversified. Aiming at the characteristics of peasant entrepre- neurship, it is necessary to optimize the entrepreneurial training contents, explore the entrepreneurial training mode and achieve the close linkage between entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurial practice.
