摘要
连片特困地区的职业教育信息化建设存在诸多问题:对职业教育信息化的认识不足;跨行政区域组织管理力度不够;基础设施及数字化建设薄弱;信息技术人才缺乏及现有教师信息素养不高;区域职业教育信息资源缺乏。因此,要转变观念,凸显职业教育信息化的战略地位;完善区域职业教育信息化建设资金筹措机制;完善片区信息化组织管理机制;完善信息化人才引进机制及现有工作人员培训机制;推进片区职业学校协同合作;完善片区职业学校基础设施建设;加快发展远程职业教育。
Many problems exist in the information construction of vocational education in contiguous destitute areas, such as the insufficient cognition on the information construction of vocational education; the insufficient organization manage- ment power of cross-administrative regions; the weak construction of infrastructure and digitalization; the shortage of the in- formation and technical talents and the lower information literacy of teachers; the lack of vocational education resources within areas. Therefore, it is necessary to change the concepts and highlight the strategic position of vocational education information, optimize the financing mechanism for the information construction of vocational education within areas, perfect the administrative mechanism for the information organization in contiguous areas, optimize the introduction mechanism for the information talents and the training mechanism for existing staff, promote the collaboration of vocational schools in con- tiguous areas, optimize the infrastructure construction for vocational schools in contiguous areas, and speed up the develop- ment of the distance vocational education.
