摘要
在德国"双元制"职业教育模式中,企业通过财力、人力以及心力投入等方式参与职业教育,并成为职业教育的主体之一。"双元制"提供的用工选择平台是企业参与职业教育的核心动力;政府的有力支持是企业参与职业教育的重要推力;完善的制度设计与质量体系是企业参与职业教育的重要保障力。德国"双元制"职业教育对我国的启示是:在职业教育体系建构中,必须加强制度的系统化设计,以保证系统要素的有效联动;同时,通过对工作过程的重视,切实提升校企合作效果。
In the implementation of "dual system" vocational education model in Germany, the enterprise participates in vocational education and become one of main subjects of vocational education through financial investment, material input and mental input. There are at least three motive forces making enterprise input to vocational training: the excellent em- ployment platform; the strong support form government; the good reputation of dual training. Its enlightenments to China are: in the construction of vocational education system, the systematization design must be strengthened to assure the effec- tive linkage of various factors in the system; pay more attention to research on working process to improve the coopera- tion effect.
