摘要
在节酸磷肥的生产过程中 ,加入一定比例的添加剂 ,研制出 3种新型改性磷肥。化学分析结果表明 ,改性磷肥有效磷中水溶性磷比例下降 ;盆栽试验结果显示 ,在等养分量条件下 ,3种改性磷肥肥效较过磷酸钙均有较大幅度的增加 ;运用X射线衍射分析及红外光谱对改性磷肥的结构进行了研究 ,发现其晶体结构发生了较大的变化 ,这种晶体结构的变化减少了改性磷肥中有效磷在土壤中的固定 。
In the produce process of save sulphuric acid phosphate fertilizer, three new modified phosphate fertilizers by mixing with certain proportion additive were developed. Chemical analysis indicates that the proportion of soluble phosphorus in modified phosphate fertilizer reduced. The result of pot cultivation showed that three modified phosphate fertilizers were better than superphosphate under the equal weight condition. Though the analysis of crystal structure of modified phosphate fertilizers by XRD and IR, the great change of crystal structure was found. Change of crystal structure reduced the available phosphorus in modified phosphate fertilizers fixed in soil, and the bioavailability increased greatly. That is the main reason to the increase production of biomass.
