Na_2SO_4-H_2O_2-NaCl加合物干燥工艺及设备选型探讨

Discussion on Drying Technology and Drying Equipment Selection of Sodium Sulfate-hydrogen Peroxide-sodium Chloride Adduct

通过对硫酸钠—过氧化氢—氯化钠加合物热稳定性、质量要求及项目规模等因素的分析,确定了硫酸钠—过氧化氢—氯化钠加合物干燥的最佳工艺条件;并结合不同类型干燥设备的优缺点对干燥设备进行了选型。结果表明,旋转闪蒸干燥机适合于硫酸钠—过氧化氢—氯化钠加合物的干燥,成品水分含量低于0.18%,H2O2含量大于9.0%,达到产品标准的要求。

In this paper, the auther discussed the thermal stability, quality standard and project production of sodium sulfate - hydrogen peroxide - sodium chloride adduet, determined the optimal process of drying, and selected the drying equipment by contrasting the distinguishing feature of different drying equipments. The result indicate that Revolving flashing drier is suitable for drying sodium sulfate -hydrogen peroxide -sodium chloride adduct. The moisture content is low 0.18%, H20z content is more than 9.0%, the product meet quality standard.
