HNBR/EPDM共混胶性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 考察了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)并用助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC),三烯丙基氰脲酸酯(TAC)和N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和硫黄硫化体系对不同共混比的HNBR/EPDM共混胶力学性能的影响,并分析了两种橡胶的共硫化特性和相容性。结果表明,硫黄硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率明显高于过氧化物硫化胶。过氧化物硫化EPDM时有较高硫化效率,而硫黄硫化HNBR时有较高硫化效率。在过氧化物硫化体系下,助交联剂TAIC,TAC和HVA-2对共混胶力学性能的影响差异不大;HNBR和EPDM为不相容体系,但在过氧化物硫化体系下有较好共硫化性。
