高水平沙滩排球运动员核心稳定性与下肢专项移动能力的相关性研究 被引量:13

The Relationship between Core Stability and Lower Extremity Sports-specific Movement in Elite Beach Volleyball Players

摘要 当前核心稳定性和竞技运动能力之间的关系并未被完全证实。为了检验沙滩排球运动员核心稳定性与其下肢专项移动能力之间的关系,研究通过核心稳定性系列测试以及改良T测试,分别对我国高水平沙滩排球男女运动员核心稳定性和下肢专项移动能力进行评价和相关性分析,结果表明除了反映额状面运动的女子运动员核心肌群等长耐力与其下肢专项移动能力没有相关性外,其它运动面男女运动员核心稳定性测试与下肢专项移动能力均有显著相关性。建议沙滩排球运动员场上移动能力的练习应注重核心稳定性发展。有关核心稳定性性别差异的研究也有待于进一步深入。 The relationship between core stability and athletic performance remains to be fully verified. In order to test the relationship between the stability of beach volleyball players and lower extremity movement capacity, the paper evaluated and researched the correlation between the core stability and lower extremity specific movement ca- pacity of China' s high-level volleyball male and female athletes. The results showed that except the fact that no correlation existed between lateral core muscle capacity and T-test on the sand in female players, the lower extrem- ity sports-specific movement of elite beach volleyball players was significantly correlated with core stability. There- fore the paper proposed that the core stability training should be integrated into beach volleyball training. And the research proposed that the on-field movement capacity exercises of beach volleyball players shall focus on the sta- bility development. The research on the different characteristics between male and female athletes' core stability should be furthered.
