摘要
普通高校高水平运动队评估对于促进我国高校竞技体育的健康发展、提高高校教学训练质量和运动队管理水平等具有十分重要的意义。采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、层次分析法等方法,在对我国普通高校网球高水平运动队的建设发展与两轮评估分析的基础上,从分类评估的角度初步构建了一套包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、30个三级指标的可用于普通高校网球项目高水平运动队的自评、他评的评估指标体系,并结合高校实际进行了评价应用。
The evaluation of high-level tennis sports teams in China' s higher education institutes is significant to the healthy development of China' s university competitive sports and the improvement of the university teaching and training quality and the management of sports teams. By the method of documentation, expert interview, ques- tionnaire and analytic hierarchy process, based on the two-rounds analysis on the building and development of the high-level sports team of China' s higher education institutes and from the perspective of classification and evalua- tion, the paper established an evaluation index system composing three l-level indicators, nine 2-level indicators and 30 3-level indicators which can be applied in the self-evaluation of the university high-level sports team and others evaluation indicator system. And it combines the practical situation of higher education institutes in the e-valuation and application.
