性别、运动水平和道次对500m速度滑冰速度节奏的影响 被引量:10

The Impact of Gender,Ranks and Lanes on Pacing Strategy in 500 m Speed Skating

摘要 速度节奏是影响体能竞速项目运动成绩的重要因素,以短距离速滑世锦赛为研究对象,运用文献资料、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,从性别、运动水平和道次三个角度探讨了500m速度滑冰速度节奏的问题。结果表明:1)道次相同时,性别对速度节奏有一定影响,女子运动员的加速节奏快于男子运动员;2)对男子运动员而言,运动水平对速度节奏无显著影响;对于女子运动员而言,外道时,运动水平对速度节奏无显著影响,但内道时,高水平运动员比低水平运动员的加速节奏快;3)道次对速度节奏存在较大影响,内外道的差别主要在前后两个弯道,而性别对道次间的速度节奏无显著影响。 Pacing strategy has great impact on the performance of energy-oriented speed events. Based on the world sprint speed skating championships, through the method of document, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, form the view of gender, rank and lane, the author had researched the pacing strategy in 500 m speed skating. The result shows that : 1 ) For the same lane, gender has some impact on pacing, female acceleration is faster than the male; 2 ) For the male, ranks has no significant impact on pacing; For the female, ranks has no significant impact on pacing when in the outer lane, but upper-ranked players' acceleration is faster than the lower-ranked players' when in the inner lane ; 3 ) Lanes has great impact on pacing. The difference between out and inner lanes is in the forth and latter corners, and the gender has no significant impact on pacing between the two lanes.
