摘要
竞技体育教练员担负着培育、指导运动员参加训练和比赛的重任,其角色扮演在竞技体育领域和体育文化建设与发展中占有重要地位。我国的教练员研究通过移植西方经典管理学、社会学、心理学,特别是组织行为学理论,对教练员的角色定位、素质与能力结构、教练员教育和资质标准化等方面进行了质性和个案的研究,建立了教练员学的框架体系,初步实现了竞技体育及其研究的中国本土化过程。在未来的教练员研究中,跨文化研究、实证性研究是主要的研究范式,不同项目及其组织在竞技参赛活动中的执教行为将是重要研究领域。
Competitive sports coaches play an important role in cultivating and guiding the players in training and competition, and it is significant in the competitive sports field and the building of sports culture. China' s research on coaches, by the referencing to the theory of western classical management, sociology and psychology, especially organizational behavior theory, involves qualitative research and case study in the role position, quality and capac- ity structure, education and qualification standard of coaches, builds the framework of the study on coaches, pre- liminarily achieve the localization of competitive sports and standards in China. In the further research on coaches, cross-culture research and empirical research are the main research format. And the coaching of different items and their organizations in competitions will be an important research field.
