摘要
本文针对 Ｐｒｏｔｅｌ ９８在工程中的应用以及电路设计人员在实际中遇到的具体问题， 提出了两种自建元件库的方法和具体步骤。
As to the application of Protel 98 on engineering and the detail problems that the circuit designers meet in practice, this article provides two methods of constructing the component library as well as some detail steps.
