摘要
本文讨论了用一种改进的算法，来克服传统的并行结构神经网络在图像压缩中的不足， 通过与其他各种压缩，如ＪＰＥＧ及其他的神经网络压缩算法结果的比较表明，这种算法 是行之有效的。
In this paper we shows a new algorithm for a parrallel-structure multilayer neural network used in image compression. We got a excellent result in the end.
