反思与透析——对高职英语教育教学改革再次探究

Reflection and Analysis ---On Reformation of Higher Vocational English Teaching

我国高职高专英语教学现状亟待改善，现有的英语教学模式和效果远不能满足社会对高职学生的需求，也不符合高职教育培养目标。作者从高职教育思想、教学方法、教学模式、师资队伍、教材建设等几方面入手逐一分析，再次探究高职英语教育，并结合自身的教学体会，提出对高职英语教学改革的针对性意见。认为转变教育理念，改革课堂模式，优化师资队伍，以及加强教材建设是解决高职英语教育问题的关键，并提出了一些具体改革措施。

This paper analyses the present condition of English teaching in higher vocational college. It＇ s not satisfying the social requirement, and need imperative reform. English teaching is encountering many new problems, such as teaching ideas, teaching methods and modes, qualities of teachers and teaching materials. The paper mainly focuses on that we should change the teaching ideas, reform teaching modes, optimize the teaching staff and improve teaching materials, so as to realize vocational teaching aims.
