摘要
国内外对电动四轮割草机的制动时间有明确的规定,而起到制动作用的刹车机构是割草机中的核心结构之一。为了提高电动四轮割草机的刹车性能,创新地采用离心离合器原理设计研究出一款独立的机械刹车机构。通过大量的实验及生产实践表明,该刹车机构,结构简单、成本低廉、运行可靠,最终提高了产品在市场中的竞争力。
The braking time of electric four-wheel mower is clearly defined at home and abroad, so the brake which plays the braking effect is one of the core structures in the mower. In order to improve the braking performance of the electric four-wheel mower, the paper des mechanism by using the centrifugal clutch principles. A large number igned a separate mechanical brake of experiment and production prac- tices show that the brake mechanism offers the simple structure, low cost, reliable function, and ultimate- ly improve the competitiveness of products in the market.
