高职院校学业导师制度的实践探索

A Probe into the Practices of Academic Tutorial System in Higher Vocational Colleges

大学生导师制是在传统的导师制基础上，伴随着高等教育发展而出现的大学生教学模式。本文以食品科学系2009、2010、2011三届学生为对象，尝试在大专院校食品类学生中推行学业导师制，以学业辅导为主、生活辅导为辅，引领学生正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，探索推行学业导师制的意义、导师的职责、学生的义务，及我系学业导师制的做法和目前导师制存在的问题。

Undergraduate tutorial system is a traditional tutorial basis, along with the development of high- er education and college teaching mode. According to the Department of Food Science 2009, 2010, 2011 of the three students as an object, we try in the college students to carry out food in academic tutorial sys- tem, mainly to academic tutoring, counseling as life, to lead the students to a correct world outlook, out- look on life, values, explore the implementation of tutorial system, the role of mentor, meaning students obligation, and my academic tutorial system practice and the problems of the current tutorial system.
