我院口腔科医院感染的危险因素分析及护理研究

Nursing research and risk factors analysis of nosocomial infection in stomatology department of our hospital

目的探讨沈阳医学院奉天医院口腔科医院感染的危险因素及针对性的护理措施。方法选择沈阳医学院奉天医院口腔科2010年12月～2012年1月发生医院感染的42例患者作为观察组,选择同院口腔科同期未发生医院感染的50例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的一般情况及诊疗资料,分析发生医院感染的危险因素。结果两组患者性别、年龄及疾病种类比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组诊疗过程中医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率、医护人员无菌操作合格率、空气定期消毒率均明显低于对照组,抗生素联合应用率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理工作者应了解本院口腔科医院感染的危险因素并加强针对性的护理工作,提高护理质量,减少医院感染的发生。

Objective To explore the risk factors and pertinence nursing measures of nosocomial infection in stomatology department of fengtian hospital affiliated to Shenyang medical college. Methods From December 2010 to January 2012 in stomatology department of fengtian hospital affiliated to Shenyang medical college 42 patients with nosocomiat infection were selected as the observation group, and 50 patients without nosocomial infection in stomatology depart- ment of the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group, then the general data and clinic information of the two groups were compared, the risk factors of nosocomial infection were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age and types of diseases in patients of two groups （P 〉 0.05）; the pass rate of medical devices sterilization, aseptic technique of medical workers, air regularly disinfected rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, combined application rate of antibiotics in the observa- tion group was significanthy higher than that in the control group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion Clinical nursing workers should be aware of the risk factors of nosocomial infection in stomatology department and enhance the pertinence nursing measures according to the risk factors, improve the quality of care and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
