疗养院健康体检质量管理模式的构建与质量控制

Construction of the management model and quality control on medical quality of health examination in sanitariums

为提高疗养院健康体检医疗质量整体水平,本文提出疗养院应构建一个基于高度信息化水平的健康体检全面质量管理新模式,建立质量管理监控层、执行层和操作层的三级质控网络,健全体检工作的各项规章制度,遵循医疗质量形成规律和特点,对健康体检进行前馈控制、现场控制和反馈控制。为确保健康体检质量控制的有效落实,本文还提出注重服务流程的质量控制,制订流程性作业文件,统一操作标准;强化医疗质量实时控制,通过计算机网络手段,实时监控质量指标和质控数据;开展健康体检环节质量控制和抓好检查与奖惩制度的落实等具体措施,有效提高疗养院健康体检医疗质量综合管理水平,达到健康体检质量持续改进的目的。

To improve the overall level of medical quality in health physical examination, the sanatoriums should construct a total quality management mode of the health physical examination based on highly information level, establish a network of three-level quality control layers composed of monitoring layer, implementation layer and operation layer, and perfect the various rules and regulations of the medical work on the health physical examination. They should fol- low the regularities of formation and the characteristics of medical quality, carry out the feed-forward control, the field control and the feedback control to the healthy physical examination. In order to ensure the effective implementation of quality control and continuous quality improvement in the health physical examination, they should focus on the quality control in service process, make process document, unified operation standards; strengthen the real-time control of medical quality, by means of a computer network, real-time monitoring of quality indicators and quality control data; carry out the quality control in examination link, do a good job of medical quality check and rewards and punishment system implementation.
