全膜法回收煤制尿素行业终端废水的中试成果

Pilot results of integrated membrane recovery terminal wastewater of coal producing urea

摘要 提出用"膜生物反应器(MBR)+超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)"全膜法处理煤制尿素行业终端废水,介绍了其工艺流程、主要设备、运行结果及运行成本等。运行结果表明反渗透装置淡水水质满足《工业锅炉水质》中的中低压锅炉给水标准,浓水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准的排放要求,具有较好的经济和环境效益。 The paper proposes integrated membrane system "membrane biological reactor + ultra filtration + reverse osmosis" dealing with terming wastewater of coal producing urea industry. It introduces technological process, main equipments, operation results, operation cost and so on. Operation results show that fresh water quality of reverse osmosis unit satisfy "Water Quality for Industrial Boilers", concentrated water quality satisfies "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" level 1 emissions standards emissions requirements, and it has good economic and environmental benefits.
