浅析经济适用房建设中存在的问题及对策

Planning Problems Existing in Building of Economical andPractical Housing and Opinion to Them

针对我国经济适用房建设中存在的诸如管理体制、规划设计、投资规模等方面的问题 ,提出了完善管理体制、组织好规划设计工作、适当控制开发规模等建议 .

Aiming at the problems such as management systems, planning and design the amount of investment, the amount of space owned, the objects supplied and so on existing in the building of the economical and used well housing, the paper proposes to advance management systems, do well in the planning and design, control the amount of investment properly, define the amount of space owned, know the objects supplied and so on.
