根据当前房地产市场存在的主要问题及房地产企业所面临的机遇,提出了房地产企业的发展对策 :注重市场营销 ,加强科学管理 ,降低成本 ;加大创品牌力度 ;争取金融机构的支持 ;销售中引入信息系统 ;在政策提携下搞开发并注意环境的同步建设 ,加强质量和服务意识 .

The paper lists some problems existing in China real estate of market and lists some chances, so the author points out that the real estate of corporation pays attention to running and sales of market such as scientfic management and strengthen the sense of brand worldwide, try to finance departments' support, make use of housing system in running and sales of market, develop under the polices allowing and pay attention to keeping pace with environmental constructions, strengthen development measure to sense of real estate produce quantity and service.
